Otisi is also the managing partner of Kainetix Sports Management, a sports marketing and talent management company and also involved in other companies operating in different industries including agriculture, real estate and technology.


Otisi has an MBA from the Lagos Business School and a keen Arsenal Football Club supporter.

Emi Faloughi is MD of TEEOF Holdings Ltd, a family owned company with a diverse portfolio of business and investment interests.


During an 8 year period in the US, she received her Masters in Urban Planning and worked as a Transportation and Air quality planner in New York and Philadelpahia before coming back to Nigeria 2007.
Before taking up her current position a year ago, she spent 8 years with Shell Petroleum Development Company developing and managing contract management systems and solutions.
