Ernest Enebi
Ernest Danjuma Enebi, Founder and Managing Partner of The Denda Group, was born and raised in Kaduna, Nigeria. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Business at Northeastern University – Boston, MA where he helped set up the Social Enterprise Institute at the D’Amore Kim School of Business. In 2008, he helped implement an innovative program that partnered US Business School students with their counterparts in developing countries, to provide strategic business consulting services and seed funding for local micro-entrepreneurs to start, build and grow their community-based businesses. In 2010, he moved to New York to work as a construction manager in the city’s booming commercial construction industry. During this time he continued to work as a business strategist to several non-profits, most prominently serving as chief strategy officer for the innovative clean water charity – FACE Africa. After 5 years in the construction industry and over 7 years as a consultant, he founded The Denda Group – a brand design and growth strategy company that helps build, grow and scale primarily Africa owned or focused start-ups, non-profits and small-medium sized enterprises. Most recently they designed and built the first world-class full service tech innovation hub in Abuja, Nigeria – Ventures Platform.  Which aims to attract tech start-ups from across the continent and help spur rapid economic growth through the ICT sector. He is also a social activist and is one of the premier fundraisers in the diaspora for causes benefitting equality and social justice on the continent.


Laolu Alabi
Laolu Alabi is the Lead, Strategy & Business Development – Beyond Ideas Limited. He is an experienced strategist and solution architect and has worked on creating several business strategies and solutions especially for small and medium businesses. He has also worked on creating strategies for politically related campaigns. His training as an architect allows him see solutions in 3 dimension before attempting to create same. He also runs a Real Estate Development and Consultancy Firm – Damilare Baker Projects.
Laolu Alabi is also the founder and President of eighteento35, an impact initiative designed to raise high achievers, super performers and influential Leaders within the 18-35 age demography in Africa with core emphasis on enterprise, career and polity.


Tokunbo Adebayo
Is a founding partner and Managing Director of Marina HR Solutions a Recruitment & Training consultancy focused on Africa – The business goes beyond Recruitment and Training and also offers HR consultancy advice and services to companies who require support in areas such as Organizational Design, Local Content, Reward and Benefits.
 He has over 15yrs experience working as a HR professional, and has worked at multinationals such as Diageo, Barclays & General Electric both in the UK and across Africa.  His HR expertise has been as a talent recruitment leader, sourcing and developing talent across the globe.  He is recognized in the industry as someone who understands the complexity of finding, developing both local and diaspora talent in Nigeria.
 Tokunbo holds a BA (Hons) Information Systems and Economics from UWE Bristol and a MSc Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey. He is also holds a leading HR professional qualification –  MCIPD UK.  He has been a Chartered Member since 2010 proving his commitment to good practice in HR.



Paul Foh

He consults for the biggest companies, Government agencies, and Churches in Nigeria and Africa.


Paul has in the last few years facilitated a great number of trainings and runs an active engagement series on social media. He also has a podcast channel where he speaks with young business men and gets them to share their success points. In this very insightful series, he has had the likes of Adebola Williams, Daniel Emeka, Bankole Williams, Thebe Ikalafeng, Segun Abiona, and much more.


Akor Opaluwah
Akor Opaluwah is passionate about development and people. Having studied in the field of Development studies, Policy design, Computer Engineering, and Brand design, he has amassed the skill and capacity to view issues and discourse from a diverse range of perspectives.
 As a Doctoral researcher in international development, with a focus on development policies in sub-Saharan Africa he has a particular interest in the role citizens plays in developing societies. In this respects he has presented a number of conference papers across the world.
 Prior to working on his doctoral research, he Designed by OS; a brand design company. This bolstered with a masters in brand branding & Identity design has made him an exceptional identity designer. He has also worked as one of the pioneering members of the Gr8an team.
 Akor is also a computer Engineer, Photographer writer and Poet. Passionate about music, art and social anthropology.
 Based in Nottingham, UK, he has facilitated a number of International Development workshops and seminars designed to engage academics and industry practitioners alike.


Bankole Williams
He is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a UK Certified Life Coach and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the International Council for Managing Consulting Institutes(ICMCI). He is an emergent force to be reckoned with in the field of Management Consulting with over 10 years experience in Human Resources and consulting fields. In his quest to understand and optimize human potential, Bankole has gained management and career experience, first at Guaranty Trust Bank, where he was an invaluable member of the Human Resources Team. While at Guaranty Trust bank, he discovered his passion for workforce activation and man power development which led to his move to the Training department where he also facilitated trainings for staff in the bank, after which, he joined a reputable consulting firm – Visible Impact.
His facilitation skills are no doubt prolific, as he currently provides consulting interventions for banks and different organizations, some of which include, The Nigerian Communication Commission(NCC), Guaranty Trust Bank, Access bank, Diamond Bank, Skye Bank, Union Bank, Heritage bank, Stanbic IBTC, StanbicIBTC pensions, Fidelity bank, Oando, Konga, NLNG, UTC and the Nigerian Stock Exchange to mention a few. He has facilitated various Culture Transformation initiatives for AshakaCement, team bonding retreats for Multichoice, Heritage bank and Stanbic IBTC, Executive management retreats for DPR, the PoloLuxury and NLNG.
Bankole is the Founder of LiveYourDreamsAfrica; a platform he set up to challenge Africans to live their lives intentionally towards the achievement of their dreams. Through this platform, he showcases successful people in different walks of life who have against all odds consciously pursued their dreams and are today celebrated for what they do.
He has successfully held 4 editions(2013 – 2016) of this initiative gathering over 4,000 people to listen to successful people share true stories of how they unlocked their potentials in a seemingly difficult society like ours.
Bankole coaches individuals and organizations to discover limiting patterns, clarify their goals and to take massive action towards achieving superior performance.


Gihan Mbelu
Gihan Mbelu is a career Business Advisory Consultant and a business turnaround specialist. He is the Managing Partner of Kainetix Eleven Limited. Gihan has been involved in an Advisory capacity in the startup of Oil trading arms, Biometric Management and logistics Management companies among others. All becoming successful ventures.
He is currently focused on building capacity in the Shipping and Security industry in Nigeria. As Kainetix Eleven, he has been part of setting up and integrating the largest privately owned security company in the world (GardaWorld) into Nigeria. Gihan sits on various boards and has written many articles on the effects of Politics and Ethnicity on Governance. He is an avid soccer player and has interests in Kainetix Sports Management, a sports and talent management company.



Rijo Shekari
Rijo Shekari has over 10 years of experience working in the financial services industry. he heads the Financial Advisory unit of New Frontier, an Investment company based in Abuja. Rijo is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, and a Commonwealth Scholar. He holds a BSc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University and an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield University, United Kingdom.
